Purley Oaks is a 6 bedded mix gender specialist residential service that is located in the London Borough of Croydon and is in walking distance of the high street and public transport.

This service intends to provides support to those people either stepping down from Hospital or those requiring additional support to prevent them going into hospital, with the offer of accessing a Multi-disciplinary team.

Jasmine Court - Now Open

Jasmine Court is a 6 bedded specialist continuing care female hospital services that is located in the London Borough of Greenwich and is in walking distance of the high street and public transport.

Birchwood House - Now Open

Is a 7 bedded mix gender specialist residential service that is located in the London Borough of Newham and is and is in walking distance of the high street and public transport.

Bloomfield Court is 8 bedded specialist continuing care male hospital services that is located in the London Borough of Greenwich and is in walking distance of the high street and public transport.

Ferme Park House - Now Open

Ferme Park Road, Crouch End N4 4ED 

Ferme Park House is a bespoke independent hospital offering 2 single bedrooms, 3 studio flats plus a one bedroom self contained flat in the basement.  Located in London N4, the service has been designed to provide high quality functional living, within a safe secure environment, with a focus on rehabilitation and community integration.

Willow Court - Now Open

Highbridge Street, Waltham Abbey EN9 1BZ

Willow Court is a purpose built, high quality, specialist residential services located in Waltham Abbey.  At the heart of the community on the outskirts of London, this unique service will be able to offer two independent flats for service users working toward discharge, a clear care pathway and a flexible interior design to meet the changing needs of Service Users.
